Our services range from simple on-demand accounting projects, to CFO advisory and fully outsourced bookkeeping services. We integrate when and where our clients need us. Our clients span all industries and are companies that are growing, changing business strategy or looking for ways to create efficiency and controls within their accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for facilitating a relationship with new clients to ensure a successful onboarding experience, meaning:
    • Provide financial leadership and support for the client while catching up and cleaning up existing financial activity and reporting
    • Identification of gaps and issues with new client's processes and documentation. Enhance process and documentation, as needed.
    • Introduction to appropriate software and applications that would create efficiency and fluidity to the maintenance mode of the client
    • Transition client to other All In One team member to maintain the accounting process and financial reporting.
  • Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing and maintaining a chart of accounts. Define bookkeeping policies and procedures for clients.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
  • Oversee accounts payable process including client's check runs.
  • Oversee preparation of client invoices, review accounts receivable to identify collection issues.
  • Oversee recording of cash receipts and make bank deposits.
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank and credit card account.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Make necessary month end closing entries.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and other schedules as requested by clients.
  • Maintain annual budget, calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to client.
  • Process client payroll and ensure proper entry in general ledger.
  • Manage multiple client relationships
  • Be a proactive liaison with client's tax CPA, banker, attorney, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by clients or other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Finance leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration. CPA desired.
  • QuickBooks Certified User
  • QuickBooks Online certification
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Candidates must have a hands-on working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to approach workload with positive energy and enthusiasm.
  • Must be organized and able to process large amounts of information.
