Position Overview:

The implementation specialist is responsible for managing and working directly with clients to ensure end to end operational readiness.  Taking clients from initial phase through to successful transition.  This is a multi-task role where the client implementation specialist will be handling multiple client projects concurrently.  They function as the point person for the client & All In One Accounting team on all inquiries.  This is an ideal position for a highly organized individual who is skilled at implementing processes to optimize organizational efficiency.  To be successful, you must be a dependable and hardworking individual who possesses strong project management skills, a love for technology, a desire to lead, and works well in a collaborative culture.  Must have proven ability to effectively work within a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously, while adhering to tight timelines and budgets.  The position requires a focus on client needs, strong leadership, strategic/critical thinking, and problem solving skills to accomplish the goals of both the client and internal team.  They are a key leader in facilitating a smooth transaction from sales to the All In One Accounting delivery team.


Project Management

  • Assist in managing sales flow process
  • Develop plan to get new clients on boarded based on initial review
  • Ensures all implementations are delivered on-time and on budget
  • Capacity management of internal operations team
  • Creates and maintains weekly status reports
  • Ensures process documentation is created and delivered to the client
  • Ensures successful handoff to maintenance team
  • Set up QuickBooks hosting and all accounting related programs


  • Delegate project tasks to ensure flawless execution
  • Regularly communicate with team to clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Ability to evaluate core value alignment with client and team
  • Works directly with CEO/COO and practice manager


  • Ability to review current accounting approach, strength of systems and financial statements to include g/l and other systems
  • Tie out to last tax return
  • Produce accurate balance sheet for initial month end
  • Create and implement reporting protocol
  • Set up, train and test all accounting approaches
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by clients or other team members


  • Relevant finance leadership experience
  • Project management experience
  • Superior time management skills. Effectively prioritize while working with team members, clients and leadership, often at once
  • Ability to review project work scopes, quantities, costs and accuracy of specifications for completeness
  • Ability to effectively oversee multiple clients
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines

  • Must be flexible with focus and client environment and help guide decisions

Minimum Education & Training Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks including QB's certifications
  • Strong experience with add on software that integrate with QuickBooks
  • Project Management Certification
